In the inter college MBA fest –Zenith’ 09, conducted by ISBR (International School of Business & Research), Manoj bagged the 1st place in events pertaining to three varsities- HR, Finance, Marketing.
CBS secured the second place on the basis of overall performance, winning a cash award of Rs 5000.

Represented by A. Manoj and Norma, CBS won the first prize at GUESS, the Business Quiz organized by the MOP Vaishnav College, as part of their Management Meet, ZEST 09. Yet another win at PARADIGM 2009 organized by the Ethiraj College! The CBS team represented by A Manoj, Sandeep and Sarathy won the second place in the Business Quiz.

At the  national level management meet conducted by the Department of Management Studies of Sathyabama University- COREKOMPS '09,  the CBS students won the first place in 2 events-  ADZAP and Business Proposal and the second place in the Quiz Competition.
