Sutherland embarked on an ambitious program to develop leaders for its global requirements in the year 2006. As a pilot, we finalized with a world renowned prestigious school of management. We sponsored five of our internal leaders who were hi-performers and had hi-potential to this Executive Program. Though the program was good, it was not meeting with our Industry Requirements. Our leaders who were sponsored wanted us to explore a calibrated in house program for the future. After extensive study of number of alternatives we finalized and chose Chennai Business School for this prestigious program based on their industry focus and ability to structure and cater effectively to our requirements.
The program commenced in July 2008 and it is my pleasure to share that the program which is done over Video Conferencing and Live Meeting Mode across three Nations, India Philippines and US has got a good response from our Global Leadership.
