Combining her talent for arts and her quick understanding of what works in the market, Ranjana put her communication skills and creativity to good use and found her niche in branding and impact of consumer behavior on products. Brand management as a field is her interest area and during her internship at RK Swamy's advertising agency, she had the opportunity to have more understanding of the target audience. Renjith Margassery Vijayan
B-Tech .Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BIHER, Chennai
Renjith is a technology lover who is constantly looking to upgrade his marketing skills. He has a work experience of 3 years in an Electrical Panel Building Company, Dubai. During this sales stint, his peoples skills were groomed because of the cross culture and varied nationalities.

Keeping in line with his penchant for learning more about brands, Renjith has completed an internship with a multinational company Nippon Paints. He did a market survey to register the understandings of various brands of paints with dealers in Chennai.

12 months IN RETAIL SALES.

•12 months in Vodafone (distribution agency) as a part of sale team which was a core sales job of selling and distribution of prepaid Sims.
•11months in Bank of America as an associate, process-pre sale focus management
Sairam is a good team player, loves challenges and has a zest in sales and marketing field. He is aiming for a professional growth in an organization which offers him an innovative and resourceful role in the marketing and sales domain.
A very good sports person who is a state level swimmer and also loves playing games like table tennis, badminton and cricket. Confidence in him, networking, patience, and fluency in Hindi language are his strengths.

Karthik Kalaiyarasan

from St’Joseph’s College of Engineering.
Work Experience:
•Has total experience of 45 months from Sales and engineering field.
Karthik Kalaiyarasan has worked as a customer support officer dealing with UK customers in his earlier organisation. He was recognised by the clients for his good communication skills and performance . Subsequently,as a part of a big team, he setup a new production plant while working in Singapore. Later he moved to a role where he was a key assistant to the MD , performing both marketing and client relationship roles in addition to spearheading the ISO ceritification process.
He is a confident and a diligent person with good analytical and technical skills. He is an active team player, persevering and proactive, keen to work in a creative and challenging environment and to effectively contribute towards the goals of organization. Looking forward for a career in sales, presales, business development in services or manufacturing industries. 18 months at Oracle as Data Base Administrator.
Noothan is an keen learner and has an inbuilt curiosity on how things work. His curiosity and love for acounts led him to do BCom. He is parallely pursuing his ICWA . During his tenure at Oracle, Noothan handled various projects like patching, cloning, upgrading and backup/recovery. He is a people oriented person and dedicated in what he does.
