The EPGPM

CBS offers a Part-time Program in Management for working professionals. The objective of the Program is to expose participants to various management concepts and tools for decision-making that would help them in executing their roles more effectively and with an overall understanding of business.

  • The course consists of around 500 hours of contact classes delivered on Saturdays over a period of 13 months.
  • CBS has completed 8 batches of the EPGPM with support from companies like Schwing Stetter and Siemens Gamesa, which regularly enlist candidates.

Leadership & Management Development Programs

Corporate entities are constantly looking at their business practices to cope up with the ever-changing dynamics of business. Value-added training programs for continuous improvement provide a very useful platform for managers to revisit business concepts in dialogue with academicians.

This could pave the way for new solutions to their real-time challenges. The CBS Centre for Executive Education offers a plethora of programs aimed at managers at all levels in the organization.

Both customized and calenderized Management and Leadership programs are offered.

CBS conducts these MDP’s and LDP’s to the organizations to develop business capabilities, which would  increase the business
acumen of the participants and prepare their employees for managing leadership roles.
